Teen shot in Cordele on July Fourth
CORDELE, Ga. – A press release from the Cordele Police Department says that “during the Fourth of July celebration, a 14-year-old male was shot in Holsey Cobb Village Apartments on the inside of the apartment complex, next to the office building of 1210 S 10 . This occurred at approximately 11:30pm, July 4, 2020.
Initially Cordele Police were advised of a gunshot victim that arrived at Crisp Regional and was being treated for a gunshot wound. Investigators responded. The crime scene was located and processed.”
Officials say that the injured teen has a “non-life-threatening injury. ”
