Stolen truck recovered; suspect sought
An early morning auto theft puts Dougherty Police on the case
ALBANY, GA – Dougherty County Police are looking for whomever took off with a truck early this morning and stole more than an estimated 1,000 dollars of goods inside.
Authorities say the truck was stolen a little after 4 this morning from the Circle K convenience store on Holly Avenue.
The Dougherty County Police Department’s Investigative Division issued a surveillance photo, seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and/or locating the trio pictured.
The man in the attached photo is a suspect in the MVT and the women appear to be with the suspect and are considered, for now, witnesses.
The stolen truck was recovered later in the 900 block of Moultrie Road, but with over $1,000 of items missing from the interior.
