Authorities appeal to potential home repair victims of Berrien's Jason Chauncey to contact investigators

MOULTRIE, GA – Colquitt County detectives want to hear from potential victims of a local handyman, who is accused of defrauding multiple customers.

43 year old Jason Chauncey is being held in the Colquitt County Jail after his recent arrest, following a number of complaints of his alleged work.

Authorities say Chauncey has stolen as much as $147,000 by posing as a licensed contractor.

Investigators say the accused will take money from his victims, promising work that is not completed.

Chauncey has reportedly bilked victims in both North Florida and South Georgia.
