CORDELE, Ga. — Mina is an owner surrender and is now available for adoption or rescue. Mina is a female bully mix around 1 1/2 years old. She did ok with another dog, wanted to play a lot. She does NOT get along with cats. She is heartworm positive. She needs a loving home, she does have kennel anxiety. Let’s find this sweet girl a new Furever home!!
