Georgia's U.S. Senator unveils funding for Crisp Regional Hospital patient transports

CORDELE, GA- Monday morning, Georgia’s freshman U.S. Senator Jon Ossoff revealed he’s secured a $400,000 federal grant to help transportation challenged patients of Crisp Regional Hospital.

Flanked by Cordele city officials and Crisp Regional President & CEO Steve Galtney and others, Ossoff was quick to point out it was a bipartisan deal struck with other Senators.

Hospital officials hope to have two transports, dedicated to bringing patients to & from treatments by the end of the year.
