White Male
Larger than average ears
Weight: after hibernation and quarantine, we’re not going there!

For decades this suspect has eluded Moultrie Police Department officers. Years have gone by, different traps set, yet he still hops free.
Back in 89′ officers say they almost caught him using a box, some string, and a carrot, but at the last minute, he sensed something was up and got out of there.
This year they’re hoping you can assist them in capturing this elusive creature. Once in custody, he will be charged with the following:
- Not staying six hops away from people
- Failure to wear a facemask in public
- Trespassing
- Leaving unidentified “packages” in homes and yards
- Cavity inducing pods
- Hopping from an officer
- Resisting arrest
