MCLB’s executive deputy to retire Wednesday

Clifton has served the Marine Corps for over four decades, three of them on active duty, retiring as a Colonel of Marines in 2002.

ALBANY, GA – Marine Corps Logistics Command will hold a retirement ceremony on Wednesday, March 30 at 10 a.m., to retire David R. Clifton, executive deputy, Marine Corps Logistics Command.  

Maj. Gen. Joseph F. Shrader, Commanding General, Marine Corps Logistics Command will be the retiring official.

Mr.Clifton is a member of the Senior Executive Service and has served the Marine Corps for over four decades, three of them on active duty, retiring as a Colonel of Marines in 2002.

The ceremony will be located at the Covella Pond Amphitheatre.
