‘We’re back 1 year ago’: Congresswoman says federal help needed for overwhelmed hospitals

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee said she wrote to Gov. Abbott a letter Sunday, requesting the Texas government’s urgent action to activate federal resources to help overwhelmed hospital systems.
