Former DNC Vice Chair, David Hogg, says DNC Chair Ken Burns should resign amid growing scrutiny and mounting debt. Hoggs says despite Burns’ lack of leadership, he doesn’t want to take over as chair of the DNC suggesting there are several other qualified people up for the job.
