WA: 400K DRIVERS CAUGHT BY SPEED CAMS IN 1 MONTH

Tacoma’s latest speed cameras recorded nearly 400,000 speeding drivers in four weeks. The volume is so high that the city says only a fraction of them will receive tickets.
