California Democratic Rep. Sam Liccardo, who sits on the Financial Services Committee, joined “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer and Pamela Brown” to discuss his calls for federal regulators to look into a series of large bets on oil trades that were placed within hours – or minutes – of major announcements in the war with Iran.
