Some Georgetown business owners turn to concrete blocks to stymie long-term RV parking

SEATTLE — A series of skirmishes involving people who live in their vehicles, sometimes for months in one spot, and the neighborhoods they park in has resulted in an undeclared war currently being waged on Seattle streets. Many of the battles are being fought in the city’s Georgetown neighborhood, where 1,000 pound concrete blocks are being used and accusations of selective enforcement have been leveled towards Seattle City Hall.
