‘Socialism is a ticket to nowhere’: Co. Gov. Jared Polis blasts socialist candidates in dark blue congressional districts

After victories by far left and socialist candidates in dark blue congressional districts including Colorado, Progressive Gov. Jared Polis says, “no socialist country has a prosperous economy.” Polis agrees Democrats have fumbled life-saving priorities like universal healthcare but believes the only way to do that is with the “prosperity that a capitalist society creates.” Polis says the model the U.S. needs “is capitalism and prosperity not socialism and poverty.”
