SECOND SUSPECTED SEATTLE SHOOTER REMAINS AT LARGE

Three people were killed and several others wounded, including a toddler, after two people apparently started shooting at each other just after 6 p.m. at a popular Seattle food festival near the city’s iconic Space Needle, authorities said. Two people were declared dead at the scene. Four others, including a 2-year-old boy, were taken to Harborview Medical Center, the fire department said. Another person later showed up at another hospital with a gunshot wound, officials said. One suspect, described only as a “young person,” has been taken into custody and authorities are still searching for a second person believed to be involved.
