Rodríguez says the US have started unblocking Venezuelan assets

Acting Venezuelan president, Delcy Rodríguez, announced that as a result of talks with President Donald Trump, the US has begun to unblock Venezuelan assets and said that they would use these funds to purchase hospital equipment.
