RAW: WA: COAST GUARD HELICOPTER LIFTS SEAPLANE PASSENGER

Video shows an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from US Coast Guard Air Station Port Angeles conducting a rescue hoist.The helicopter responded to a seaplane emergency landing in Shallow Bay. 11 people were rescued after the seaplane went down in the waters of Puget Sound.
