PROTECTING YOUNG PEOPLE FROM HAZING
As high schoolers and college students head back to school for the fall, experts are warning parents to be on the lookout for signs their children may be getting hazed. Hazing is defined an activity that “humiliates, degrades, abuses, or endangers” an individual seeking to join a group – which means parents of students looking to join Greek life or sports teams may want to be particularly alert.
