Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the killing of Charlie Kirk, has been formally charged with aggravated murder, among other charges, and prosecutors say they will seek the death penalty in the case. According to the Utah County Attorney’s Office, Robinson is expected to make his first court appearance on Tuesday afternoon.
