Man shot by ICE moved from hospital to detention center ‘with a bullet in his back’

An ICE agent shot and wounded a man from Venezuela who was working as a DoorDash driver Sunday in Austin, Texas. He told reporters today he was moved from a hospital to a detention center without getting proper medical attention. CNN’s Ed Lavandera has the latest details.
