Is the West ready for regime change in Iran?

As protesters continue to take the streets in Iran, experts are asking whether governments in the West are prepared for the outcomes of regime change in Iran. Holly Dagres, Senior Fellow at The Washington Institute, says that leaders in the West are not prepared for that kind of change.
