Flexport CEO: High degree of confidence companies will get tariff refunds

Flexport CEO Ryan Petersen says it’s just a matter of time before companies are eligible for tariff refunds after the Supreme Court struck down Trump’s sweeping emergency duties. He says the total that could be refunded is $160 billion.
