CO Secy. of State warns Trump is attempting to “unconstitutionally take control” with new mail-in voting executive order

After President Trump signed an executive order to crack down on mail-in voting, election officials in Arizona and Oregon say they plan to sue to block it. Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold weighs in, saying Trump does not have the authority to regulate elections. It is a “huge overreach by the president,” Griswold says, adding Colorado is “eager to be in this fight” alongside other states.
