Groundbreaking Ceremony for Nine Oaks Apartments

TIFTON, GA — IDP Properties, LP is proud to announce the groundbreaking of Nine Oaks Apartments in Tifton, Ga. This event will be held on Wednesday, September 29th at 10:00 am at 310 Old Omega Road, the future site of the apartment community. Nine Oaks will have 56 apartment units consisting of one, two and three bedrooms. The community will also feature a playground, pavilion, community garden, and equipped computer center for the residents’ use and enjoyment. Nine Oaks Apartments will provide an affordable and safe environment for families and individuals in need of more than housing but in need of a community that will help them develop and thrive.

The vision of Nine Oaks began with the City of Tifton and the Tifton Urban Redevelopment Agency’s South Tifton Redevelopment Assessment and Strategy which ultimately spurred the selection of the land located on Old Omega Road. The City of Tifton and the URA held an RFP and selected Integrity Development Partners, LLC as the developer to bring the site to its highest and best use, aiming to provide high quality, safe and affordable housing to the residents of South Tifton.

IDP has partnered with a highly experienced team to design this development, working with Studio 8 Design and ASA Engineering out of Valdosta, Georgia to prepare a plan of development that we believe will create a sense of pride and excitement in South Tifton. Construction will be managed by Fairway Construction Co. Inc. and is scheduled to last 14 months. Once complete, Nine Oaks will be managed by Integrity Management Company, LLC of Valdosta, Georgia. Pre-leasing will begin around September of 2022. Financing for the development is being provided by The Reinvestment Fund.
