(ALBANY, GA) — A North Albany restaurant is making sure that hospital staff aren’t going hungry, while keeping their employees busy.

Eggs Up Grill has been taking in donations to help with sending food to Phoebe Putney Hospital as well as the Salvation Army.

Owner, Michael McNeal says that he’s also been able to use the support from the community to help pay his staff and avoid layoffs.

He tells us, “I worried about not being able to provide the work for them, but now that the community’s come together, and allowing us to help them feed the hospital and Salvation Army, that’s been a blessing for us.”

If you would like to donate to help the restaurant serve the hospital, you can call Eggs Up Grill at (229)-496-1507
