Douglas Police Department bestows honors

DOUGLAS, GA – In a Facebook posting yesterday, the Douglas Police Department announced that Officer Victoria has been selected as Officer of the Year and Records Supervisor Chavez received a Chief’s Commendation. Congratulations were also extended to Sgt. S. Williams for being selected as the Supervisor of the Year and Cpl. Faulkner as FTO of the year.

Cpl. Vickers and Ofc. McClelland received Top Gun Awards as they tied for the highest qualifying scores of the entire agency.
