Dougherty County Probate Judge passes away from Coronavirus

(ALBANY, GA) – A Georgia Probate judge died Wednesday from complications of Coronavirus,

Nancy Smith Stephenson who served as Probate Judge for Dougherty County for 27 years recently tested positive.

The Council of Probate Court Judges of Georgia where Stephenson served as an active member of the council said she was married with two sons.
