Community invited to ribbon-cutting for new Crisp County School System Board of Education office

CORDELE, Ga. — The community is invited to celebrate a new chapter for the Crisp County School System during a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new Board of Education office.

The event is scheduled for Thursday, March 19, from 10 a.m. to noon at the facility located at 1116 24th Avenue East in Cordele.

School officials say the celebration will give community members an opportunity to tour the new building, meet department leaders, and learn more about the work taking place behind the scenes to support students, staff, and families across the district.

Light refreshments will be served during the event.

District leaders say they are looking forward to welcoming the community and marking the milestone as the new building officially opens its doors.
