Businesses struggle to rehire workers as states reopen

(CNN) — With an extra $600 a week from the federal stimulus, unemployment now pays equal to or more than average weekly wages in 38 states. Some business owners say rehiring has been challenging. CNN’s Vanessa Yurkevich reports.
