Breaking: APD investigators respond to call of body found

ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department received a call at approximately 3:45 regarding a body found.

Upon arrival at 100 South Slappey, they found a deceased person inside a black vehicle in the back of Lawson Auto. The body is decomposed and the cause of death has not been determined.
