ATC nursing grads turn tassels Wednesday
Associate of Science nursing degrees will be bestowed in Kirkland Conference Center ceremony

ALBANY, GA – Twenty -two graduates who have earned their Associate of Science degrees in nursing will be pinned Wednesday in a special ceremony, set for Wednesday at 5pm in the Kirkland Conference Center.
Albany Technical College students will recite the Nightingale Pledge in honor of the sacred ceremony.

“This is quite an achievement for these nursing students. They were able to complete the necessary clinical hours and graduate with an associate degree. We are happy to see them go out into the community as qualified nurses. We celebrate their success,” said Anthony Parker, President of Albany Technical College.
The guest speaker for the ceremony is Dr. Latrona Lanier, Associate of Science in Nursing Director at Albany Technical College.
