Albany Tech’s Nesmith bound for D1 Jacksonville University

Second year point guard set to sign letter of intent Wednesday morning

ALBANY, GA- Albany Tech point guard Jalen Nesmith is set to sign to play for Division 1 program Jacksonville University.

Albany Tech officials point to a Wednesday letter of intent signing this Wednesday at 11am in ATC’s Logistics Education Center.

Nesmith,  a native of Bronx, NY is in his second season at Albany Tech.

Smith averaged 11.4 pts, 6.2 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game last season.  He is on track to surpass last season’s stats.

Titans Head Coach Timothy Dal Bon said, “Smith is skilled at controlling the offense and should be a great asset to the Jacksonville University program.”
