Albany State to host ‘AI in Education’ keynote April 17

ALBANY, Ga. – Educators and school staff across South Georgia will have the chance to explore how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of the classroom at an upcoming event in Albany.

Albany State University is hosting an Interactive Keynote: “AI in Education” on Friday, April 17, beginning at 8 a.m. at the West Campus Event Center.

The event will bring together industry leaders, faculty, and staff to share practical insights on how artificial intelligence tools and open educational resources can be used effectively in teaching and learning environments.

Attendees will also take part in hands-on sessions designed to introduce innovative strategies for the classroom, along with opportunities to network with fellow educators and professionals.

Breakfast and lunch will be provided for those attending.

Organizers say the goal is to help educators better understand how to safely and effectively incorporate AI into their work, while staying ahead of emerging trends in education.
