Actor and comedian Rip Taylor is dead at 84

Actor and comedian Rip Taylor died on Sunday, his publicist Harlan Boll said. He was 84.

Taylor was hospitalized at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California in the intensive care unit after suffering a seizure three days ago, Boll said.

Taylor acted on Broadway, film and television. He was known for his over-the-top personality.
