ASU announces partnership with Columbus Technical College

(ALBANY, GA) – Albany State University is partnering with another Georgia college to help nursing students.

Today ASU announced a partnership with Columbus Technical College in regards to helping those who’ve completed their associates degree.

The partnership between the two universities will allow for students to transfer into a baccalaureate without duplicating curriculum or compromising either university’s mission statement.

In a livestream Thursday afternoon, ASU President, Dr Marion Fedrick says, “This endeavor is a huge step forward for educational opportunities in Southwest Georgia for students in both nursing and business related fields. Our two institutions will be in an excellent position to serve our communities.”
