Dougherty County Commission holds first meeting to the public since March

(ALBANY, GA) – The Dougherty County Commission meeting Today for the first time since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Moving forward, the county commission meeting will be open to the public again, with proper sanitation and social distancing.

The county office says that moving forward, all commission meetings will take place in the commission chamber in the government center.

UPDATE: As of late Monday afternoon, Dougherty County has announced that commission meeting will be returning to all virtual starting Monday, July 13th.
