Today’s Weather Forecast: June 6, 2022

Scattered Thunderstorms likely this afternoon. Temperatures in the upper 80’s-lower 90’s.

Drier and hotter thru midweek. Temperatures soar into the mid-upper 90’s with heat index near or just over 100°.

A chance of showers and thunderstorms returns on Thursday thru the weekend and still seasonably hot.

Tropical Storm Alex was named over the weekend and has quickly moved out into the Atlantic passing near Bermuda.

Alex will quickly transition to an extratropical storm and become a “fish storm” in the coming days.
