Truck collision in Worth County injures two

Highway 300/32 intersection is again the scene of another motor vehicle accident

OAKFIELD, GA – One of Worth County’s most treacherous intersections showed why early Wednesday afternoon, as a passenger truck and a commercial vehicle collided at the Highway 300 & Highway 32 intersection.

The wreck happened a little after 12:15 on the Georgia-Florida Parkway’s intersection with Highway 32.

Southbound traffic on Highway 300 was snarled and reduced to a single lane as crews worked to tow the two vehicles away.

The Georgia State Patrol says two people were hurt, but their injuries are not considered life threatening.
