Local business help to disinfect others’ businesses
(ALBANY, GA) – Crews have been busy across the area, sanitizing plenty of local businesses that don’t feel ready to re-open just yet.
“Right now in Georgia, and my city, Albany, i think it’s extremely important that before businesses open that they go through the proper protocol of getting their business disinfected in these times,” says Owner of Southwest Georgia Professional Carpet Cleaning, Zedrick Ellison.
Ellison and his company are using a high powered cleaner to help sanitize Albany businesses.
He believes that even if some of these businesses aren’t planning to re-open as soon as possible, the sanitation gives the owners the sense of peace of mind.
Ellison says, “It’s gives them, more confidence, knowing that their business has been sanitized and disinfected. But more so, it gives the customer peace of mind, knowing that they’re going into an establishment that puts their safety first.
Brandon Bracy is a local barber who’s had his barber shop sanitized Tuesday, he’s one of many who’s holding off on re-opening for now, and for him, crews like zedrick’s are helping put people at ease as the public begins to make multiple stops at businesses in the community.
“It’s very important because once they leave here, they may go somewhere else, or vice versa. So as long as we all sanitize, when we do open up, we should be in a better situation,” says Bracy.
With more businesses opting to disinfect before they re-open their doors, it’s a vital step towards keeping the general public safe as the community tries to return to normal.
