Albany's recreation department hosts upcoming Chess Championship
ALBANY, GA – Join Albany Recreation & Parks this Saturday for Chess Champions!
The family-friendly tournament will be held at the Bill Miller Community Center, located at 312 Vick Street in Albany, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Chess Champions provides youth participants with the opportunity to gain confidence, experience positive social interactions and improve their chess skills while utilizing strategic thinking practices.
Parents, friends, and community members are welcome to participate!
Chess Champions is open to participants 5 years of age and older at the time of registration.
