ADYU’s Easter egg hunt plan revealed

2nd annual event held in honor of late Lieutenant Luther Lane

ALBANY, GA – Friday morning, the Albany Police Department and the Dougherty County Sheriff’s Office revealed details to their second annual Easter Egg Extravangaza, set for next month at the Albany Civic Center.

The April 16th event will be held in honor of the late Dougherty County Sheriff’s deputy Luther Lane, the 54 year old law enforcement veteran who passed away last May.

This year’s hunt will begin at 1pm in the rear parking area of the Albany Civic Center.
