Ring in 2022 by cheering on the hog

Unadilla gears up for 2022 New Year's Eve Celebration

UNADILLA, GA- The City of Unadilla is gearing up to ring in 2022 by hosting it’s 5th annual hog drop.

The city is expecting anywhere between 1,000 and 2,000 attendees to watch a replica of a hog descend 45 feet when the clock strikes midnight.

COVID-19 forced the city to cancel last year’s hog drop.

The city plans to have fireworks, music, food, and games.

The celebration kicks off at 6 PM on Railroad Street in downtown Unadilla.

The event is free and open to the public.
