Albany’s downtown library branch closes for repairs

Library set to reopen Wednesday noon to accommodate project

ALBANY, GA – Officials want to the public to know the Dougherty County Central Library Branch at 300 Pine Avenue in downtown Albany will be closed Wednesday, from 7 am to 12pm.

The temporary closure is for needed repairs to be made to the facility.

Wednesday’s schedule applies to both staff and visitors.

The branch is set to reopen Wednesday at 12pm.
