Candlelight Vigil Honors Man Killed By Car On Pulaski Highway

Fore decades Stanley Vingsen Jr. was often seen walking around the Nottingham area. The 68-year- old was crossing Pulaski Highway at the intersection of Campbell Boulevard when he was struck by a car making a U-turn.
