Pope Leo announces he will undergo surgery to remove early-stage lung nodule

Pope Leo XIV has announced he will undergo surgery to remove a localized lung nodule, a small mass of tissue in the lung. Most lung nodules are noncancerous. CNN’s Christopher Lamb reports on the announcement.
