Arizona candidate says she was raped while posting campaign signs: ‘maybe I was targeted’

Bernadette Greene-Placentia, the Democratic candidate for Arizona’s 8th congressional district, spoke out about a rape she says she endured while fixing campaign signs in a Phoenix suburb. In an interview on Erin Burnett OutFront, Greene-Placentia said she decided to come forward now to give a voice to other victims, acknowledging, “It’s hard for women to come forward.”
