The attorney for Wilber Rafael Garces Perez, the 28-year-old man from Venezuela shot by an ICE agent, breaks new details about her client, telling Erin Burnett Perez “has lost movement” on the left side of his body. His attorney, Kate Lincoln-Goldfinch, says it’s the result of ICE officers transporting Perez to an ICE facility 100 miles away “with a bullet lodged in his back” and no treatment.
