Valdosta-Lowndes County 9/11 Memorial Ceremony Friday Morning

VALDOSTA, Ga. – The public is invited to join Valdosta and Lowndes County officials commemorating the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks at a memorial ceremony honoring the lives lost and recognizing the courage and sacrifice of first responders, service members, and all those affected by that tragic day.

The annual Valdosta-Lowndes County 9/11 Memorial Ceremony will take place on Friday, September 11th, at 10:00 a.m. in the courtroom of the Historic Lowndes County Courthouse, 100 East Central Avenue, in downtown Valdosta.
