Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin visited Warren County Friday to promote a federal immigration enforcement partnership that deputizes local officers to work with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, while also addressing the ongoing controversy in Springfield involving the city’s large Haitian population and the death of a young immigrant.
