FL Sheriff on License Plate Reader Cameras: ‘We can walk and chew gum at the same time’

Volusia County, Florida Sheriff Michael Chitwood joins CNN’s Pamela Brown in The Situation Room to talk about his decision to shut down license plate readers. This comes as the Florida Department of Transportation suspends use of the cameras on public roadways. Sheriff Chitwood says cameras like Flock have helped solved crimes, but he adds that policies and procedures should’ve been in place before their rollout.
