Rescues underway along Nepal-China border

Rescuers are relying on helicopters to reach survivors stranded by flash floods along the Nepal-China border, where most major roads and bridges have been destroyed. The number of people listed as missing in both Nepal and China has risen dramatically to over 1,300 people.
